Topography Mt. Everest

I did the topography of Mt. Everest at its peak it is 34866 eye altitude. I did rings around 28000 and 29000.

Movie Review

Of the 3 movies we have watched I thought the most intriguing was the Perfect Storm. Since it was a film and not a documentary or non-fiction it was more entertaining. It clearly depicted how the storm of 1991 was out in the open ocean. By the end you were sad that everyone died.

They need to consider the electrical lines so they do not sever power to any buildings. 
Also, they need to make sure that in case of a monsoon they have proper drainage so that the construction site does not become unworkable.

Minerals and Rocks


url.jpg This is Quartz it is a mineral.  It is second only to feldspar as one of the most common minerals in the world. 











this is Granite it is an igneous rock. Which means it origin is from the volcanic activity below the earth.

This is Kaolin a sedimentary rock. In rural areas of GA people consume Kaolin as a snack.

This is Gneiss a Metamorphic rock which is the result of sedimentary rocks changing. Gneiss is used to stop water erosion in drainage canals.
